Description: Weeping Bottle brush is a small tree usually growing to 10 meters tall, grown for its lush weeping foliage and abundant crimson flowers. Native to Eastern Queensland where it is commonly found growing along watercourses and floodplains. Will grow well in poorly drained soils and prefers a sunny position. Small, red flowers are borne in large, dense spikes, up to 12 cm long and attract honey and insect eating birds.
