Description: A single trunked upright tree with an open conical habit. It has thick needle like foliage (cladobes) with reddish-brown terminal flower spikes. A good windbreak tree and very good for saline soils. Like other Casuarina’s, a beautiful feature of this tree is the gentle rustling sound which it produces when windy.
